Founded in 1947 after the war, this long-established ramen shop continues to preserve the flavors of the Showa era. The "Showa Ramen" is made with homemade hand-pulled noodles and a rich, chicken-based soy sauce soup, and once you try it, you'll be hooked. It is loved by local regulars as well as tourists who arrive by Shinkansen. Other popular dishes include the satisfying "Kagayaki Set," which comes with fried rice and wonton noodles.
